Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time exchange for another available item of equal value, as long as the request meets the following conditions:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• The product must show no signs of wear, damage or tampering.

How to request an exchange

• Check your item(s) upon delivery

• If for whatever reason you don't like the fit, contact us within 24hours through email at contact@rebelbyglo.com or fill out the return/exchange form on this page.

• Ship the item(s) back to us for inspection. It must be in perfect re-sellable condition.

• Once approved, you can select your replacement item and arrange for pickup or delivery.

Please Note:

• You will be fully responsible for return shipping and pickup/delivery of the replacement items

• We do not cover return logistics or delivery costs, only in exceptions where the product(s) arrive damaged.
