Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time exchange for another available item of equal value, as long as the request meets the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Exchange
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping and pickup/delivery of the replacement item.
We do not cover return logistics, delivery costs, or failed delivery attempts.

📦 How to Request an Exchange:
Inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
If eligible, contact us within 24 hours via Instagram DM or email at rebelbyglo@gmail.com to request the return address.
Ship the item back to us for inspection. It must be in perfect, resellable condition.
Once approved, you can select your replacement item and arrange for pickup or delivery.
