All sales are final and non-refundable. However, we offer a one-time exchange for any available product of the same value, provided that

• The exchange request is made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of wear

PLEASE NOTE:

• Customers are responsible for both returning the item and picking up the exchange.

• We do not cover return or delivery fees.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

1. Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

2. Contact us via Instagram DM or email within 24 hours of receiving your order to get the return address.

3. Send the item back for inspection. If it meets our criteria, we will approve the exchange.

4. Once approved, you can pick up your replacement item(s).
